And here is some exciting news !!!

I today have received communication from Scott Cundill, the creator of The Majestic Way, which is a business principle where the end goal is Micro Business Domination….sound like something Pinky keeps telling the Brain, but it is actually a sound principle that teaches and then shows how, through the creation of relationships, then the gaining of trust amongst your “community”, you will grow your business and personal life on the basis of respect and trust.

Finding a customer to make a sale is possibly the worst thing anyone can do in business but making a sale to find a lifelong customer is the way to an ongoing relationship with that new customer.

Another thing to remember is that it is far easier to resell to someone who already trusts, and likes you than it is to find a new customer and a lot faster too !!

Majestic Software is the way to make this a reality, and it does it all for you….automatically, but on a personal level. You create the communication journey in the format you would handle a sales presentation.

Once their is a relationship, you can safely start asking your clients to tell you more about themselves and they are more likely$ to give that info to you…because they know you !! From then on your clients keep all of their own information up to date, because who wants incorrect information about themselves being kept on record.

Anyway back to the communication I had from Scott, he asked me if we could arrange a presentation day for him to present The Majestic Way to Knysna business. Well I said…No …not now, because most of us are just too busy trying to get 2008 behind us and also are getting ready to take on the busiest tourist rush we have had for the past three months !!!

Seriously, I chatted to him about doing a presentation in March, and I think that will be a great time after all the madness has ended.

I also have set up with Christina Botha to do a presentation on one of the best run facilities in the world. This is where no paper lies on the ground for more than 30 seconds, where the Director of the place, when asked where marketing starts, answered “Clean Toilets” and where 6000 people are fed from event to event into the amenity and straight into the retail side in order for shop keepers to extract vast amounts of money while the client moves around feeling like he is having the best time of his life……That place of course is

Disney World.

Christina will tell us what she experiencesd there while she worked for the modst famous mouse in the world and how they feel about service. I think we all can learn a lot about what we should be doing in our businesses from Disney…and of course from Christina.

I will confirm dates and costs for the Majestic session as soon as I finalise venues and times with Scott.
