A state-of-the-art home entertainment system, including plasma screen TVs (with DSTV and Surroundsound), DVDs and centralised hi-fi system allowing music to be played throughout the house and terraces. The impressive double-height TV lounge features over-sized leather couches and pebble gas fire. This leads to a spacious dining area (seating 8 people) and a large, fully equipped kitchen offering every possible amenity including dual fuel cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A full bar with drinks fridges opens onto the extensive stoep. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, fridge and dryer. Each of the 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin) has an ensuite bathroom and a private patio or balcony. Other luxuries include solid wood flooring (with underfloor heating), separate staff accommodation, off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles and double lock-up garage with electric doors. Linen, crockery, glassware and cookware is provided, along with pool towels. (Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.)The path through the private indiginous garden leads to a shaded swing at the very edge of the cliffs where the ocean views are at their most magnifcient.
