Knysna Visitor Information

We are situated in Rheenendal and it is an eye-candy 20 minutes drive to the picturesque coastal town of Knysna and 25 minutes drive to Sedgefield. Nestled in a beautiful garden bordering the indigenous Knysna State Forest, is a spacious and rustic 4 bedroomed holiday home. Surrounded by stunning views and amongst abundant bird- and wildlife, the accommodation is ideal for 4 - 6 guests. The two main bedrooms are well-separated, enhancing privacy when sharing. For the guest's comfort we also provide: TV room with DVD player big lounge 3 fireplaces in the house 1 kingsize bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds braai place outside Children are very welcome and will delight in plenty activities: Horse riding (resident horses for the discerning rider) Rock pools swimming (30 minutes walk) & unspoilt beaches (20 minutes drive). Foot and cycling trails through the forests and Outeniqua mountains. Music studio and resident musicologist offering workshops, sessions and lessons. We are exclusively on solar power and have sweet, fresh rainwater, in keeping with low carbon footprint awareness. We speak English, German, basic French and basic Dutch.
