One would be forgiven if caught thinking you were living in the forest! This large home, on two levels and a seperate cottage, is built in amongst the indigenous Milkwood trees of Sedgefield, with beautiful wooden walkways leading through the trees to the different levels. On the top level is a spacious and well appointed kitchen (gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster etc) which is open plan to the dining room (with 6 seater table), and lounge (with DSTV, guests to bring along own smart card) which leads onto a spacious wooden deck with weber braai. The double bedroom is large and sunny and has a full bathroom en suite, both have large wooden doors that lead out onto the deck. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own full bathroom. The second level is a self catering unit with a small kitchenette, lounge (with DSTV, guests to bring own smart card), full bathroom and bedroom with single beds. There is a lovely grassed area with a built in braai. There are internal stairs closed off with an inter-leading door which leads up to the top floor. The COTTAGE has a double bed, small kitchenette and bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. (TV 1, 2, 3 only). This also has its own braai area. The house has safe and covered off road parking for 3 cars, with additional parking for one more car. You are close to the lagoon which can be viewed from the top level of the house, and close to all the amenities of Sedgefield.
